Brand Love

The Brand Love report is the starting point for any brand that wants to be loved. Love is a hard concept to quantify, but we’ve done our best to do just that because everyone wants to improve the love that customers feel for our brands. After all, there is nothing more valuable to a brand than its reputation.

To generate the data, we put the burning questions we all have about brand love to some of the UK’s sharpest marketing minds. Our questions included:
